Vampric glove from artificts is to OP #138

It allows you to heal 1/2 heart per hit which is ok on paper but if you use a fast weapon like a rapier or a knife you will not be able to die as long as you keep attacking or what you are fighting does not hit super hard and fast.

This is fine. Not like there are many other reasons to use fast weapons anyway since they tend to be short-range with low damage
