Make it so you can get arcane crystal not by mineing #142

I think a good way of doing this is by using the imbuing chamber on the source gem.

This is mainly for enchanting what takes a lot of the crystals.

I thought it would be worth documenting the message

I meant there should be a way you can get arcane crystals though magic also. Since arcane crystals are very heavily used in magic (at least from what I can guess from the enchanting infuser recipes) so if you wanted to do magic but weren't as crazy about tech then you could still get arcane crystals without spending forever mining, or going though all of create in tech lv1.
