we got deps and we need to track em

Update lgmath submodule to track develop (still tracking deps), for when you update --remote. I haven't built it yet, but otherwise looks good. Edit the .gitmodules file and change the branch name.

ah i changed the submodule commit but not the gitmodules file. done

Updated the CMake install to use the submodule lgmath. Builds both ways for me.
