Location of Paper on Dynamics Code #207

@JacopoPan in the BaseAviary file you mention in the comments of the _dynamcis function that it is based on the code written at Dynamic Systems Lab by James Xu. Is that code open source/do you have the location of it, or do you have the location of a paper it is based on?

No, the previous version of it was not open source, sorry about that.
