How to calculate 'Dead Reckoning' #1

Hi, I've read the paper 'Learning Matchable Image Transformations for Long-term Metric Visual Localization', and thanks for your contributions. Could you please tell me how to calculate Dead Reckoning, or how to get the results of Table II in paper? image
