PID Tuning GUI #58

A graphical interface to adjust PID parameters and graph the inputs & outputs in order to properly tune a PID. Bonus points if you include some heuristic automatic tuning (a la https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ziegler%E2%80%93Nichols_method).
