Missing subgroups #35

the time table is missing classes for 3rd year subgroups for EIC - 3EI3 and 3EI4

Hey, due to issue #27, there is inconsistency in ordering due to use of hash maps, the above mentions groups are there at bottom of the list, this issue will soon be fixed
