Reenable the Gutenberg columns, buttons, and 'cover' blocks.

Turn off custom blocks:

overlay-main

Default blocks we're disabling, but should reenable:

cover
columns
column
navigation
site-logo
site-title
site-tagline
post-title
post-excerpt
loginout
term-description
media-text

I we are ok with the changes in #68 I can upload this version of the plugin to the live site. This will "break" any pages using the custom blocks that have been disabled and that content will need to be moved to a core block.
