Multiple, redundant, stylesheets being loaded into the editor #70

Many CSS files called index.css are being called into the editor. Some of them are unique, but many appear large, and redundant. This is found on content.cms.utk.edu/wp-admin/

For this, I think we have to load some stylesheets. There is simply some styling (I think) that cant be done in theme.json. But, there seems to be some redundancy and files that are 'too big' still... and I'm working on enabling the editor styles in the theme, so that we can keep things simple.
