Add numpy section to data analysis in Python section

Covers:

• The import statement
• np.array
  • Slicing/indexing arrays
  • Two-dimensional arrays
• Some helper functions for making special arrays
• Drawing random numbers with random.random() and random.randint()

Let me know how it looks and whether I should add/remove anything.
