MobileDeviceUpdater try to install an update before running macOS Ventura VM but fails #4226

Describe the issue Hello, when I try to run a macOS Ventura virtual machine (after using "Virtualize" option in the app), UTM ask me to install an update before installing the operating system then run an utility which try to install the so-called update. After some seconds, this utility fails and I can't run the virtual machine

stumbled upon this via google, and fixed it by installing / reinstalling Xcode from the Appstore. (and also launch it once)
