2 years ago The reason behind the not "smooth" animations is: There's no graphic acceleration available in Windows for ARM yet.
I doubt they can do anything about it.
And yes... The mouse latency is very annoying but considering that this is also present in Parallels, I learned to get used to it.

I am using Windows 11 and Ubuntu 22, and I have a noticeable latency in both. It is most noticeable when moving the mouse cursor or when moving a window for example.
In the attached GIF, you can see that the movements of the window are not "smooth" (as if Windows is missing some graphic drivers), and when closing the window, the "fade-out" animation, is also not very "smooth".
