Mark display as unavailable/unplugged when inactive #5096

as the title says, it may be useful for those has duel monitors! Whenever there is a monitor connected before starts, the VM enables another display, as I think it is impossible to do it dynamically.

Isn’t this already done? If you have two displays configured in the VM settings, and an external display attached, it should start up with both?

Will, I mean “enable”. It costs(performance) a lot to maintain a display (especially windows which doesn’t have 3d accl). It will kept disable when no external display is attached
