4.2.2 (78) ventura>ventura heavy flickering #5139

Describe the issue
Graphics-rich app sometimes go into heavy flickering that sometimes resolves itself. Sometimes ends with WindowServer crash and/or panic, then VM reboots and continues to work. Other VMs continue to run fine.

No crashes or error reports on host. See crashes on the guest:

Still happening UTM Version 4.4.5 & on Sonoma 14.3.1. M1 chip. Restarting the guest OS fixes it for a period of time.
