visionOS support #5406

Please make a visionOS version via the brand new SDK with visionOS frameworks and UI. I believe visionOS provides JIT from the get-go hopefully.

You can get the visionOS SDK from apple developer and add it to the Xcode 14 Simulator App I installed Xcode 15 and found visionOS in my Xcode 14 Install.
