Allow booting from macOS Recovery USBs in ARM macOS VMs #6039

Downloading the IPSW for the macOS version you want takes a while. Not just from UTM, but anywhere, really. So when you have a USB that contains a bootable macOS Recovery partition, why not put that into use? Also, why are we forced to choose an IPSW?

This is a limitation of the Apple Virtualisation Framework which is what UTM, and other macOS virtualisers, use on Apple Silicon. https://developer.apple.com/documentation/virtualization/vzmacosrestoreimage
