Unable to use USB WiFi Adapter with UTM (tried multiple Linux VM's) !!! The WiFi Adapter works fine on VMWare Fusion, Parallel, VirtualBox etc. (Tested)

Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...):
Apple M1
I have tried multiple linux distro's but none of them works. Once USB WiFi Adapter connected to the VM, the VM becomes slow unresponsive and if disconnected the system runs normal. I searched through the github and online, this issue have been reported on github UTM but couldn't find any fixes.
I also thought the issue could be related to the drivers but after spending a lot of time,
i realised that its an issue with UTM because i installed:
Ubuntu 23.10 (arm64),
Parrot OS (arm64),
Kali Linux (arm64)
on UTM, VMWare Fusion and Parallels. The USB Adapter works fine on VMWare Fusion and Parallels but doesn't work on UTM.
(I have been using this adapter on x64 as well it works fine)
Drivers: that works on VMWare Fusion and Parallels: Ubuntu 23.10(arm64), Parrot OS (arm64)
firmware-atheros (sudo apt install firmware-atheros)
