Update zh-Hans & zh-HK translations #6824

p.s. I've also added simplified and traditional Chinese translations for in-app purchase (donation) items in Platform/iOS/Donation.storekit.

Sorry for not providing a zh-HK variant for that, because Apple doesn't offer the "Chinese (Hong Kong)" option in Xcode (see the screenshot below).

Thanks for the pull request. Please fix the build failure due to the addition of a redundant file. I already fixed it in your last pull request: https://github.com/utmapp/UTM/pull/6742/commits/25cc9957d4681a389171bc336cd235863e8af668

If you rebase your commits to main it should be good.
