How I can install Windows 10 if all dump files are not anymore?

I'm experiencing the same issue trying to download WIN 10 ARM64. Is there an alternative, maybe an ISO file to download?

I've been searching for this too and I've founded this github discussion with the 21390.1 Bootable ISO: https://github.com/WhatTheBlock/WindowsSimplify/discussions/64#discussioncomment-5586168 Hope it helps!
