Delete by right-clicking a VM tries to delete the VM twice #11

When you right-click on a VM on the left pane in UTM and click Delete, you're asked if you want to delete the VM. UTM then deletes the VM, and then asks you if you want to delete the VM. When you agree, UTM complains that it cannot delete the .utm.

If you use the trash-can icon, you're only prompted once, and you get no errors.

This is with UTM 2.3.0 (37)
