Manage the state such that when a new course is added, then the sidebar and the dashboard UI should reflect the new course (i.e. components updated)

Please refer to #10 to get a sense of how the UI will look for the dashboard.

Isn't this already implemented? Does this just refer to organizing the sidebar under different sections like showed in #10 ?
