I added a solution submission page.

Could you update the description with a short description of what the PR is? Commit is self explanatory but it is good practice to also have a short explaination of the PR so reviewers have more context. Also would be a good idea to add an image of the UI to the description

I've done the solutions page + solution review page, also I connected the solution submit page, as well as other pages to the backend.

I'm curious about how to not use React.FC, what should I use instead @arthurhohinng?
