added three dots to hide options for comments and solutions
added confirmation for deleting comments and solutions
added editing functionality for comments
display challenge name for the solution & solution # (will be helpful to refer to particular solution, like piazza)

note:

instead of editable and non editable comment I made it to separate components, comment and comment form (the text box)
there might be a few bugs that I have overlooked
replies to comments and upvoting is broken but I am looking into it

I can "post" a comment, but it is not being displayed.
