What is changed / added

• placed all elements on the home page
• added blogs, what we do, and intro video section
• organized our files
• adjusted styling for various components

Note: I'll be merging in this PR on Thursday regardless of the reviews to speed up the development process. Although I know this is not ideal, but we can make more tickets in the future to enhance the current implementation.
