Ok, will release ptunnel-ng for windows too (for future releases). Current ptunnel-ng (1.41) windows version available here: https://github.com/lnslbrty/ptunnel-ng/releases/tag/v1.41

(Compiled using x86_64-w64-mingw32 and i686-w64-mingw32)
