[Feature request] Add option to forward UDP over ICMP #23

It would be great to have the option of encapsulating UDP packets in addition to TCP over ICMP. This would make it possible, for example, to tunnel an encrypted OpenVPN UDP or WireGuard link.

Seems useful to me. I'm currently out-of-time but that will change in the near future.
