Add configurable feature to enter Car Mode when BT device connects #144

I like the Car Mode interface when driving.  I would like a device specific 
configuration to enter Car Mode when the device connects.  This way when a 
Bluetooth car device connects, it will enter Car Mode.  Would also want it to 
exit Car Mode when the device disconnects.  I want it to act just like it was 
placed in the car dock.  This needs to be configurable by device.

While I could do this and it seems like it might be cool its only valueable if 
someone wants it.  Does anyone want this?

Added to 2.11.0  Puts the UI in Car_Mode but different phones behave 
differently.  Sorta works so far but not really what I was expecting.
