Needs delay before setting call volume #163

Using JB 4.2.2 on Nexus 4.

Needs a delay before setting the call volume, because it doesn't change the BT
call volume which is a separate channel. I.e. do the same as it does for the
media volume.

Possibly 4.2 specific?

For various reasons it's taken me a while to install this and test it in a real
scenario. However, it doesn't actually resolve the problem.

There is a delay before the call volume is set, but the channel which is
adjusted is still the regular call volume, not the BT call volume. Possibly
because at this point the active BT service is A2DP, not voice?

It's obviously a bit of a conundrum, I don't know if there's a specific BT
voice channel accessible to the app, or whether you can only do it by
activating BT voice (as if on a call) and then adjusting call volume.

Perhaps it's too complicated to be worth it, but it's annoying that you have to
fiddle with the phone volume if you get a call while driving in order to hear
the caller! The core fault is with Android here of course, these work-rounds
shouldn't really be required. It'd be nice if you could find a way to do it
though.
