Volume often not adjusted #189

Device (phone) model: Sony Xperia Z1
Android OS version: Cyanogenmod 11 Android 4.4
App version number: 2.11.11
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to any BT device

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The volume should be adjusted to the set up value.
This does not work all the time. Often the volume is
not adjusted.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have this issue on multiple devices.

This can happen for many reasons.  The most common being the app gets killed by 
memory management.  If you don't use the notify icon, or have your device kill 
background processes, or try to minimize RAM usage, the app can get killed.  
Also, try using longer volume adjust delays.  These are the usual causes.  Try 
fixing those.
