Does not stop Pandora when Bose Soundlink II is powered off #190

Hi works perfectly starting and stopping Pandora in my Honda with its factory 
BT system.  Recently paired my phone to my Bose and set up A2DP to auto 
start/stop Pandora when my phone connects to the Bose (by turning the Bose on). 
 Powering up the Bose starts Pandora on my phone.  When I turn the Bose off, 
Pandora continues to run over the Galaxy S4 speaker.  THANKS!  Jon

There are several integration issues with Pandora.  I gave up trying to fix 
them.  Sorry.
