Remember volume level after receiving a phone call #200

Good morning,

unless I'm doing something wrong or I'm not using A2DP's features in the best 
possible way, there's this issue bothering me: after finishing a phone call, 
the phone's volume goes down to zero and I can't resume listening to music 
streamed through bluetooth.

I have to pick the phone and manually raise the volume again.
