Phone stream comes out small phone speaker instead of speakerphone speaker after TTS #70

Droid 3, A2DP Volume 2.3.6, Android 2.3.4

After the app is used and it reads an SMS, and later you disconnect from your 
connected device, the phone will stay in a mode where all the sounds come out 
the small speaker instead of the speakerphone speaker.

Fixed with 2.3.7.  This was tricky and strange to fix.  Honestly I think 
Android needs some serious work on the AudioManager focus and TTS.  They just 
don't play well all the time.  My fix is a band-aide.  Basically it is all good 
after I send a TTS to the music stream.  Then all the problems seems to go 
away.  Why?  I'm not sure really but it works.
