Push track to device with C2DM

As a sports person, I might want to race against an existing track.

Being able to push a track to a device (or tell the device where to pull it 
from) would be a nice feature.

Use case.

I am thinking about going mountain biking around a lake. I know that they 
have a official route and that some of my friends have been here before.

I want to be able to push a friends track data to my device and "ghost race" 
him.
