OI File Manager cannot create or write files to External SD Card #554

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade device to Kitkat 4.4.2
2. Install OI File Manager from Google Play Store
3. Ensure External SD Card is in the external SD card slot of the android 
device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
OI File Manager should create folders or files on the External SD Card. 
Instead, it says "Cannot create folder" or it cannot write or copy files.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android Kitkat 4.4.2 on a Sony Xperia Z phone

Please provide any additional information below.
