DLS: Accessibility errors for calendar after Dubbot updates #786

We could open a separate issue for this, but it looks like the calendar has some contrast issues too:

I had to change the colors for the numbers for the previous month, the student category items, and the holiday category items. Our orange-a11y color was coming up not accessible, so I changed it to the following: #9D360F
