jQuery and $ should now be correctly defined as global vars in our pages, the old bundle may not have consistently worked this way
college-dls-umd-calendar is a stripped down version for just the full calendar pages, this may need to be augmented, but this means both college-dls-umd and college-dls-umd-calendar need to be loaded on full calendar pages
I may have brought in the back-to-top code into the UMD due to some console errors. But now that I got the global jQuery finally working on both, we may be able to move that back
