CMS: Caption is not used on Blog Post

ACOB has requested that a caption field be added to Lead Photo since there might be circumstances where the Alt Text and Caption differ. Currently, only a field for the alt text is required for the Lead Photo. A Default Caption field seems not to be used, but a default value of "Example Caption" is on by default. We'll need to do the following if we're going to use this field:

• [x] Remove the "Example Caption" default value in the Default Blog post
• [ ] Remove all default values of "Example Caption" and either replace with nothing or the alt text value

default caption needs to stay a that's part of the blog module in use by other news sites, most notably, UTSA Today. In the older formats, it gets displayed with the lead photo when using the standard article type (this was before more types were introduced)

It looks like the caption isn't being used for the lead photo, but the alt text is:

I propose using the caption under the lead photo and leaving the alt text as is.
