modify genomics related schema and create test data to fit the real data #390

Schema modification and test data is done. How to create genomics real data:

  1. Make award data for all the objects in genomics.
  2. Make experiments data for per assay per biospecimen, link to lab.
  3. Make biofile data, link to award, dataset(experiment) and biospecimen.
