absolute path-names in bin/spins #127

The script bin/spins in the binary distribution contains absolute path-names: 9 LTSMIN_PREFIX="/tmp/dist" 10 LTSMIN_LIB="/tmp/dist/lib/ltsmin-3.0"

These should be relative to the location of the (jar) binaries.
