Update LTSmin for newest version of Sylvan #198

As mentioned by Tom on https://github.com/trolando/sylvan/issues/30 , the newest version of Sylvan has API breaking changes indirectly with the changes to LACE. This makes building LTSmin with any version after v1.5.0 impossible.
