Context: gRPC is not as familiar to developers as http/json APIs. The development tools that developers are used to work with (eg: curl) can't be used directly with gRPC.
Goal: show new developers how to interact with U5C using grpcurl
DoD:
we have a new page called "using grpcurl" under a section called "Guides"
this new page explains:
what grpcurl is and how it compares to curl
where to get / install grpcurl (no need to copy instructions, just links)
how to connect to a local Dolos node
how to connect to a Demeter U5C endpoint
how to execute at least one request / reply method
