Changes

Add BtcAccount in the examplex/rgbpp to support both P2WPKH and P2TR
- Fill BtcAccount.from and BtcAccount.fromPubkey when constructing transactions
- Remove btcAddress and btcKeyPair relevant usage in the examples
- Sign PSBT with BtcAccount via the signPsbt() API
