Fix Eclipse project file for FREEDOM-KL25Z Eclipse demo #2

Fixed the name of the demo project, it still had the STM32F051-DISCOVERY project name from which it was evidently copied.

Also set up the CHIBIOS Eclipse project variable to ../../ so that the source code could be found. I think this is the best way to do it, but let me know if there is a better option.
