Members information in the main page are not rendered properly

The people page has the members with pictures at full scale with names going over the cards... some suggestions:

• 3.1 Make them smaller
• 3.2 Add a link to their institutional/personal webpage
• 3.3 Add 2 keywords of what they are actually leading or their expertise
• 3.4 Some inspiration: https://larremorelab.github.io/people/

I should have fixed the problem with the text. The other items are suggestions (I think), so I change the label.
