Manual numeric values in color picker #714

The color picker pop-up doesn't allow numeric values to be entered manually 
(numeric_values.png) when setting a color.

Colors can only be picked using the cursor picker. Makes it hard, if not 
impossible, for customers to set identical colors for multiple fields.
