Table form excess height

Log in as printer and go to:
http://realestate.zetaprints.com/?page=printer-modify

In order to make sure the help prompt boxes alongside input forms are
always on the right side of the page, regardless of the height of the input
form, additional padding (300px) was added to the bottom of the input form.
This was the temporary solution at the time, pushing the help boxes to the
right in order to keep the ones that don't fit from going under the input form.

This is causing problems on other pages (table_form_padding.png). Ex:

As you can see, the form is pushing the bottom help block downwards.

Can you come up with a better solution for this?
