New images folder creation bug #23

The list that shows up on mouse hover over the "folder name" field does not
update after a new folder is created.

log in as user

ex. I upload a new image to a new folder that I create while uploading it
(by entering a folder name). If I want to upload a new image in the same
folder, the new folder doesn't show up on mouse hover over the folder name
field. I have to reload the images page for it to show up in the hover list.
