We need to merge this project with our CSS project and move all the skins
from http://code.google.com/p/zeta-css/source/browse/#svn/trunk to here.

Update necessary links on help.

What this task was meant to say is:
Copy all the skins from that SVN into this one.

Then we'll close that other project and keep all the skins here.

We need to update HELP so there are no links to the old project.
Also, copy project description and wiki pages.
