Image edit/file upload pre-release #36

We need to put together these image uploading and file editing scripts for a 
production release.

* image editing
* color picker
* file uploading on my images page
* file uploading on previews page

1. Prepare list of files, their locations for testing and deployment.
2. Check and update their wiki pages.
3. Test them with our skeleton CSS, major skins and G-skin (briefly).

They all need to have IE6 fall-back or they need to be proved to work with CSS.

Color picker should work with IE6 regardless.
We will disable our default color picker script once the new one is ready.

No point testing with the same skin, different color. If it works on blue it 
should work on red, unless you think there is conflict with colors.
