Messages and labelling #4

Take all messages and labels out of the functions to the top of the file as
constants. Keep the scope as required, but they all need to be in one place.

SOme time later we will need to switch to taking the text from the main
page HTML by IDs. It is necessary to provide a multilingual interface with
a single JS.

This feature is already implemented. There is a function zetaprints_trans, 
which 
handles all messages. It checks if translation exists and return corresponding 
translation or string itself
